At laiout, we’re on a mission to revolutionize how office floor plan layouts for office spaces are designed. We cut down one of the most time-consuming and costly phases of architectural design from weeks to just a few clicks.

Our software is the world’s first fully automated architectural design tool. It generates custom floor plan layouts in seconds and delivers critical data on costs, carbon emissions, and efficiency. With clients in 34+ countries independently generating 2,500,000 m² of floor plans monthly, our numbers are growing rapidly. And we’re just getting started.

We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely in Spain.

Now, we’re scaling quickly and looking for individuals who are ambitious, curious, and ready to make an impact.

What you’ll do

As an SDR, you won’t just check boxes - you’ll actively drive laiout’s growth.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify high-potential leads in several countries in Europe using cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer pain points and communicate how laiout solves them.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep our CRM (we use Hubspot) updated with accurate data to track prospects.
  • Skill Development: Develop your skills and collaborate with other team members to develop into an Account Executive role.
  • Market Representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase laiout.

Who you are

We’re not just looking for any salesperson - we want someone who’s excited to grow with us:

  • 1-4 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
  • Proactive and growth-oriented, comfortable with startup ambiguity.
  • Fluent English & Spanish communicator, both written and oral. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
  • Tech savvy, showcasing experience with latest sales and outreach tools.
  • Able to work independently in a remote, international team.
  • Have the right to work in Norway/EU/EEA.
