Application Review

We look for clear communication, relevant experience, and evidence that you have thought about why laiout specifically. Most candidates hear back within one week.

Intro Call

A conversation with someone from the hiring team. We will ask about your background and what you are looking for. You should ask us anything you want to know about the role, team, or company. This is exploratory for both sides.

Skills Assessment

A practical exercise relevant to the role. We design these to reflect actual work you would do here, not abstract puzzles. We respect your time and keep assessments focused. You will receive clear instructions and a reasonable deadline.

Deep Dive

A longer conversation about your assessment and experience. We will dig into how you approached the exercise, trade-offs you considered, and what you would do differently with more time.

Team Conversations

Meet two or three people you would work with directly. These conversations help you understand the team dynamic and help us understand how you collaborate. We encourage you to ask hard questions.

Offer

If it is a fit on both sides, we move quickly to an offer. We will explain compensation, equity, and benefits clearly. Take the time you need to decide.
