We have been growing rapidly over the past few years and now have a functional product with paying clients from all across the globe. We need more talent to help us keep up with the increasing demand! Our team has done a great job so far, but with more clients coming on board, it’s time to expand our team. This is an opportunity to be a part of an exciting journey as we scale.

We are looking for the right person to lead our skilled team of engineers and ex-academics. We expect you to be able to confidently lead a team together with our CTO. Past experience managing smaller teams is necessary, and will come in handy as you bridge the gap between our CPO’s vision and the technical capabilities of our team under the given time constraints.

We value freedom, but with that comes a lot of responsibility. Your role will naturally be taking on the team's agenda on a sprint by sprint basis, who does what, when and why. What is being prioritized by whom and for what reason. You will help the team stay up to date with tickets in our ticketing system and guide us through regular daily standups as well as planning longer sprints and epics together with our CPO and CTO.

You will be challenged quite a bit, but you won’t be alone, we are all learning, that is the joy of a startup. However we do expect that you have a deep respect for and understanding of what it means to build and design software. You will lead skilled engineers that are tasked with building and maintaining a SaaS application with ever increasing feature set.

We can offer you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, but also welcome you to Oslo. As the Engineering Lead, we would of course appreciate it if you were with us in Oslo in person. We also think you will find it a joy to lead such a diverse and skilled team, we have three STEM PhDs on board in addition to two highly valued full stack and backend developers.
